Kat's place

So I can now offically tell people my secret I've been keeping. I will be moving to Aiken SC. I took a job working along side a well known eventer ( horse sports world term haha). Basiclly I just landed a job to get me to my dream job . I will be riding,grooming,working,cleaning around 10-17 horses daily or in Nov we have 25 for 4 days so  looking forward to that but yes thats another story its more like excited. I will be working 6days a week 7am then all day long probley not getting done till 7 or 8 at night.

But anyway I leave Oct 24 or 25th not sure which yet and I will be down there till sometime in April where I will either be returning here to PA or if the trainer likes me I will get to go to MA with her and get $15 an hour and then I'll be her apprentice.

I will miss you all I'm going in the wrong direction to be closer to my friends but sadly for are dreams we have to sacrifice things in life. I will try and keep in contact but I will not have much me time down there and only 1 day off a week.

The only con that is still a Go will be Otakon next year so I better see you all there.

WOW do I suck I appoligise to certain people I have not talked to for awhile and gone MIA on. I've had a bumpy road for that past 4-5 months and of course when I get down in the dumps I go back to being my anti social self which sucks I really need to work on that. Not to mention I broke are other desk top and my laptop is still broke as well so I ended up having to hook up the dinosaur of a computer bought back in 2000 that use to run window's 2000 but was later upgraded after it crashed to window's XP of course not being made for this computer it makes the computer run slow BUT atleast I can have internets again.

Anyway life is looking a small bit better but I made a huge step toward my future job that I hope works out more on that if it acually works out ha.

Anyway how is everyone doing?

I love you haruhi but this shit was annoying and it better really be over after today.



In other news I got a job again so I'm out of the unemployment club yay finally. Now I need to get out of the I'm in debt by alot club. Also my car died on me today got it jumped and home but needs a new batterie and is due for inspection me = joyous.

So was bored tonight and remembered I had a stupid tempet from /a/ on 4chan. SO what does bored me do I spend A long time working in the very lame paint program free drawing my little peice of art work. I'm not gonna lie I hate paint with a passion and doing all this with a lameo mouse and the brush tool sucks. I miss having Photoshop or adobe or ANYTHING that dosn't kill my eyes and hand.

Like I said plans to leave for otakon are some what set for tommorrow. Talk about last min I hope to see all you guys there since you are all probably already there haha. Kayla and Travis are coming to save me and steal me away haha.

Wow what an awsome week most exciting thing that happened last week was me getting hit in the face by a flying shoe while standing next to one of those swing rides at Knobles I'm not even kidding. What are the chances of that really LOL I have no luck.

Other news I'm feeling Otakon in the air time with everyones Lj posts for me its not looking good but MAYBE just maybe I might get my butt down there though cosplay will be inpossible yet agian for another year thanks to no job still at the moment. Is it sad the only reason I want to go is to meet friends and drink?

I wanted to share with you guys what I like to do on the weekends. This was the first horse show of the year with Whisky girl and Secret and both brought home the ribbions. Ended up with  a 2nd,3rd and 4th place. Secret competed in both Western pleasure got 4th and Western equitation got 2nd. Then my girl Whisky girl did the 50yard dash and Barrel racing. Theres just something about galloping at high speeds on a horse that is just super exciting and a bit nuts specialy when the areana we were running in was a slopy mess.

I'll explain what Western pleasure and Western equitation are. Western pleasure is judged on the horses movment and how pleasureable or comfortable they are to ride. So the slower the better. Then Western Equitation is judged on how the rider cares themselve and how they control the horse. All has to be done with one hand and on a loose rein.

The one I'm most proud of is are 3rd place barrel racing run agianst 20+ people we came in with a time of 20.75s.

YAY so todays the 135th running of the kentucky derby and me being a horse nerd and horse racing nerd I have some money riding on 2 horses
I'm rooting for Dunkirk and Friesan Fire. Already had one horse today get me $50 in the Eight Belles stakes with the win of Four gifts.

I'm so much a horse racing nerd I  acaully own an OTTB which is an off track thoroughbred in horsey talk.

Also got my hair done agian so 4hours and $120 later I'm in love so worth it you can't tell cause of my shity camara but it is black now. Also depending on how I part it. Its either more red or more blonde its so awsome to play with.
